Sisley Paris Foundation
launch event in Lisbon

For Sisley Paris Talita created a menu based on the key ingredients of the new foundation product by Sisley Paris; buckwheat, cucumber and green lentil. The aesthetic is based on skin tones and layering. The dinner included tonal miso butters with flying bread, cucumber spicy “S” salads, braised green lentils and buckwheat ice cream.
