Edible landscape for We Feast in Berlin Summer 2025

For the summer edition we took inspiration from the spring blooming of the natural world. We prepared a fully plant based meadow floor creating edible flowers with rice papers, dehydrated fruit and vegetables. Prepared and designed with Helen Russell Brown @hrb_culinary.studio
